Before the visit: tell us about your home
The most useful thing you can do is give us a heads-up about anything in the house that needs to be worked around. That includes:

- A pet with known sensitivities
- Anyone in the home with asthma or allergies
- Rooms where you have actually seen the pest
That last one matters more than people expect. Knowing you saw roaches under the kitchen sink, not just “somewhere in the house,” tells the technician where to start.
The inspection comes first
A visit does not start with spraying. It starts with looking. The technician walks the areas where you have seen activity, then checks the places pests actually travel and hide — under sinks, along baseboards, in the garage, around the water heater, and around the exterior foundation where insects and rodents get in.
The point is to find the source and the entry points, not just the bugs you already noticed. Treating what you can see without finding how they got in is why store-bought sprays stop working after a couple of weeks.
The treatment is targeted, not fogged
